Cancellation and Refund Policy for the Use of Platform provided by KBJD Trade Services Private Limited (“We/Us/KBJD”) for users/sub- users/buyers/sellers (“You”) of the Platform.
KBJD is the author and publisher of the internet resource www.livesauda.com (“Website”) on the World Wide Web as well as the software and applications provided by KBJD, including but not limited to the mobile application “LIVESAUDA” (hereinafter KBJD together with the Website is jointly referred to as the “Platform”).
The Platform only provides a portal where its users can trade online with each other. The Platform by itself does not buy or sell any materials or products. The only payment that the Platform collects from its users are payments towards subscription to enable the user to use the portal and as such the Platform does not have any refund policy.
You agree that as a user once You subscribe to the portal, You shall not be entitled to any refund of your subscription fees.
